You can classify customers by region, commercial district, brand, category, or store based on their past visit history.

Geofence is a virtual perimeter for a real-world geographic area, and you can set it around the target location. The radius of a circle geofence can be set from 50 meters to 10 kilometers at a certain point. Polygon geofence can be created by capturing coordinates, but the area cannot exceed 1,000 square kilometers. Both circle and polygon can be used domestically and abroad. In addition, you can group multiple geofences by uploading .csv or .excel files with the required information.

You can set the campaign name, target APP, target customer group, target location, campaign period and time, and message notification method for campaign execution.
Start a Campaign

After completing the campaign registration, you can test and execute the campaign. During the campaign, you can check the number of customers who received the message among all targets in real-time, the number of users who opened the message among all recipients, and the response rate. Once the campaign ends, you can download the performance after selecting the period.
Advertising ID Guide for Testing

The advertising ID for testing is used to verify the campaign settings. When creating a campaign, set Advertising ID ("ADID" on Android or "IDFA" on iOS) as the user segment so you can test under the same conditions as the actual campaign.
Campaign Visit Performance [Basic, Premium]
Campaign visit performance enables you to measure the performance of message reach, response, and retention(visit) of the campaign. Check your visit performance with the report.
