How do I add a store?

Currently, the function is not provided on loplat X, and is being added upon request if necessary.

How can I extend the analysis period to 6 months?

An analytic calendar allows users to set their own time period.

I can see the number of store visits even at dawn. Why is that?

There is a possibility that it was matched by a short distance radius.

Is it possible to set multiple regions? or conditions can be used

Yes, you can set multiple regions by adding another target region.

How do you measure performance?

​message performance graph: The total number is counted every 10 minutes, and the graph number is reflected in real time. Campaign performance analysis data: Performance analysis except for the day, and the period can be set by the user. ​Campaign visit performance: This is the store visit performance of an ongoing or completed campaign, and the tally is counted up to the previous day from the current date. Is the security of data information processing stable?

loplat X protects communication between client and server by using section encryption method. In addition, the data of loplat X is encrypted and stored in the cloud equipped with a high-level security system.

How is offline analysis data provided?

Provides analysis results on customers' offline store usage behavior.

You can check the analysis of the number of customer visitors by category/brand/store, average number of visits per day, revisit rate, store inflow/outflow path, and major visit days/time zones.
