Lite, Basic, Premium membership

A geofence group can be created & edited by uploading predefined geofences through CSV, XLS or XLSX format

If you click ‘Location > Geofence Group’ on the left menu, the geofence group registration guide will show up.

You can register for the geofence group by following the three steps below.

1. Type name/Description, Upload file, Registration Complete

- Name (required): Enter the geofence group name. - Description (optional): Enter a detailed description of the geofence group.

2. File Upload

Only CSV, XLS or XLSX format files are supported

* How to write a file

1. Download the sample format and open it in Excel

2. Write down the contents to be uploaded. If the format. If each piece of content doesn’t follow the format as shown below, it can’t be registered properly

Using address – geofence type/radius/name/postal code (or street name) is required

You must write the address in the following combination to avoid errors.

- When writing Land-lot based address, enter only up to 'province/city/gu name + region name (dong/ri) + house number'

Type 1) 1338-12 Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul (recommended) Type 2) 11th floor, 1338-12, Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul Type 3) 1338-12 Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul (Hanwha Life Insurance)

- When writing the street address, enter only up to 'province/city/district + road name + building number

Using latitude/longitude – geofence type/latitude/longitude/radius/name is required. The code number of the geofence type is ‘1’ and must be entered in the meter unit. Ex) Enter ‘1000’ for 1km

Using polygon – Geofence type/polygon/name is required. The code number of the geofence type is ‘0’, and ‘(polygon contents)’ is required. Ex) (127.11 37.11,127.22 37.11,127.22 37.22,127.11 37.22,127.11 37.11)

3. Save and upload

3. Registration complete

Click the ‘create’ button, and move to the [list] as shown below.

Depending on the file size, upload time will be varied.

As soon as the upload is complete, the status will change from ‘inspection’ -> ‘Available’

4. Geofence list

1) Click the 'Create' button to go to the geofence group registration screen.

2) Select the checkbox in the list below and click the 'Delete Selected Geofence Group' button to delete the selected items.

3) The number of list exposures can be set up to 15/30/50/100/200.

4) Total number of listings.

5) Geofence group ID.

6) Geofence group name.

7) This is a detailed description of the geofence group.

8) Geofence group active status. You can see the list of active Geofence Group campaigns by clicking the Active/Inactive icon or changing the campaign's status.

  • Active Status: At least one campaign in the active geofence group campaign list is in progress.

  • Inactive status: All campaigns are queued in the list of active geofence group campaigns

9) The total number of geofences in the geofence group.

9-1) If you click the zoom icon, you can check the [Map View Popup] of the geofence.

You can check the information of the registered geofence group.

  1. Geofence name

  2. Geofence description

  3. The number of polygons.

  4. Number of Circles.

  5. Type the registered geofence address and check the area on the screen

  6. Check registered geofence information. 6-1. Zoom in/out button.

  7. Click the 'Close' button to close the pop-up window.

10) The user who created the geofence group.

11) Date of geofence group created

12) Date of Geofence group modified

13) Click the 'Edit' button to move to the [Edit screen].
