# Create segment
**User segments can be registered through the following three procedures.**
### **1. Type name/description**
\- **Name** (required): Enter the user segment name.\
\- **Description** (optional): Enter a detailed description of the user segment.
### **2. Setting the visiting period**
The periods can be set to view the history of visiting activities from the date of campaign execution. \
\- **Last 7 days**: For customers who have a history of visits in the last 7 days. \
\- **Last 30 days**: Customers with a history of visits in the last 30 days are eligible. \
\- **Last 90 days**: Customers with a history of visits in the last 90 days are eligible. \
\- **Last 180 days**: Customers with a visit history for the last 180 days are eligible.
### **3. Set the visiting location**
#### **1. Select region/business area**
1\. You can check the selected area and commercial information.
2\. You can select areas on the left by city/county/district or from 227 commercial districts of the Korea Appraisal Board.
3\. You can check the region and commercial district you selected in step 2, and you can add or delete them.
4\. When choosing a brand/category/store within the selected region and commercial districts, you can also choose a brand/category/store in the selected regions and/or commercial districts under the ‘AND’ sign in the page.
#### 2. Select brand/category/store
1\. You can directly search for and select a brand/store. \
When you click the 'Find Brand' or 'Find Category' button, a pop-up will appear and you can select a brand or category.\
You can also select entire stores for the brand or category you want.
2\. You can check the brand/category/store you selected in step 1, and you can delete it.
3\. When adding another target area, it is set according to the OR condition with the area set above.
4\. Click 'Add another target area' to add a target area in another city/province in addition to the selected area.
### 4. Registration complete
1\. You can check the total number of people who correspond to the selected visit period and location conditions.
2\. If you click the ‘create’ button to register, it moves to the list page. Depending on the number of customers you wish to register, registration may take from several seconds to minutes to complete. Meanwhile, the status indicator shows ‘in progress.’ Once registration is complete, the status changes to ‘available’. If you click the ‘cancel’ button, the previous page will appear losing all information you have entered.
