Modify geofence groups

Lite, Basic, Premium membership

If the status display is 'inactive' - Edit

1) You can edit the name. 2) You can edit the description. 3) Click ‘File upload’ to add more geofences to the group. 4) Click ‘Download CSV’, and ‘Download xlsx’ to download the format. 5) Click the ‘Edit’ button to proceed with additional registration and move to the [List]. If you click the ‘Cancel’ button, all information you typed will be lost, and you will return to the previous page.

6) If the status is ‘Active’, the edit function is restricted as the campaign is in progress.

If the status is 'Inactive' - You can edit the geofence information below.

- If there is a 'success/failure' geofence, you can register only the successful geofence or re-upload the file to register again.

  1. You can edit the name.

  2. You can edit the description.

  3. You can only use the geofences that are successfully registered.

  4. You can check the information about the file name/the number of geofences/the number of successfully uploaded geofences/the number of failed geofences.

  5. Click the 'Error log' button to download the failed geofences list.

  6. You can re-upload the file.

7. Click the 'Edit' button to proceed with additional registration and move back to the [List].

If you click the 'Cancel' button, all information entered will be lost, and you will return to the previous page.

- After registering only the successful geofence, if there is a 'failed' geofence in the group, you can re-register by re-uploading the file.

- If there is only a geofence with 'all failed', you can re-register by re-uploading the file.

- If an 'error occurred during inspection', you can re-register by re-uploading the file.
